Paul Mitchell – Director

Paul had a highly successful background within Sales, Marketing and Account Management having held senior posts within large companies, experienced at building and managing large teams with reporting responsibility at board level. Now using this knowledge combined with his management skills to build a new breed of marketing support provider. A focused communicator able to grasp the bigger picture, with strong relationship building experience who understands the need to put the customer first to build a lasting working relationship. Paul is an advocate in understanding that through the use of innovative technology the gap between Sales and Marketing can be bridged enabling customers to benefit from significant growth and reduced loss of opportunity.

In his spare time Paul enjoys playing squash and watching formula 1.

Barrie Kenyon – Professional Services

A Senior Consultant involved in the application of technology to business for over 25 years. His experience covers Business Development, Sales and Marketing, IT Strategy, Requirements Capture and Project Management. Having worked for a major computer manufacturer in a variety of roles including Business Analyst, Training School Manager and Customer Services Manager, he moved into Sales and Marketing with responsibility for the London City area. Managing a sales and support operation with exposure to a range of business solutions covering banking, insurance, stock broking and commercial HQ’s rapidly broadened his experience in proving practical, pragmatic, cost effective solutions to business problems.

Christine Durkin – Marketing & PR

Christine has a proven background of adding value through innovation with the application of her strategic and tactical sales and marketing experience. Maximising departmental efficiencies, increasing market share through profitable channel and product management and highly successful partner programmes, Christine is used to working at all levels and has presented at Board level for several big name international IT corporations. Consultative in nature, Christine’s analytical approach and great communication skills ensure that clients benefit from the full extent of her skill set. Indeed one of her recent software projects won Postal Technology International 2009 award for Delivery Innovation of the year. She is also passionate about PR.

In her spare time Christine enjoys sailing and power boating.

Tobie Muir – Data Analyst

Tobie utilises 8 years experience in Marketing and Data Analytics to help marketing teams gain greater insight into their customers, their marketing campaigns and data management, turning these insights into improved contact strategies to achieve better customer retention. Typical work Tobie conducts for our customers includes; Data Auditing and Data Optimisation, In-depth Campaign Analytics and Data Modelling, Customer Scoring, Churn Analysis and Segmentation and would oversee the delivery of marketing campaign analyses to time and to quality.

Outside of work Tobie enjoys sailing, walking and rock climbing

Gareth Kenyon – Business Development

An experienced Sales and Marketing consultant with a track record of success and consistently delivering over more than 10 years. Particular skills in the telemarketing industry, where he has held roles at all levels from telemarketing agent through team leader up to campaign management. He has worked in a business development role for a number of organisations, applying his sales and marketing skills and industry knowledge to run campaigns targeted to penetrate and grow the customers business. This has also required building business relationships with market leading vendors who support marketing activities run on their behalf. Gareth has participated in several training sessions aimed at helping to improve marketing and business awareness skills and to improve the effectiveness of sales and telemarketing staff.

In his spare time Gareth enjoys playing golf and is a massive motorsport and F1 fan.

Justin Mitchell – Systems & Operations

Justin joined Keepa after following a successful career within the IT and printing industry, having trained on various system applications and software packages, he now uses his wide range of IT skills to manage all of Keepa’s operational requirements, from both a systems and service delivery viewpoint. Justin uses his nature analytical flare and strong attention to detail skills to great affect in supporting our customer’s service requirements. He also oversees the design and print services within the business and is a key member of the team from a thought leadership aspect where through the use of innovative technology applications Keepa provides customers with an unrivaled level of service.

Justin spends his spare time producing music, playing the guitar and enjoys watching & playing football.
